November 2017:  Rumor has it.....I wondered why there were cars parked out on Oakland.    Here's why....forcing people to park their "Undesirable" cars outside of the park during the day and threatening them with taking their home with  7 day notice (BS) with constant harassment over animal droppings, removing patio furniture (which is on a patio), etc.  I do not have any pets but I do pick up other residents pets animal dropping daily, so I don't need your rediculous "Friendly Reminder".  How about giving that friendly reminder to ALL residents????  My neighbor has has cat poop behind their home since beginning of October.  It is still there!!!  As well as a bunch of other items stored back there.   A4 has a growing tumble weed that is now higher than the perimeter wall.  A2 has had mattresses and broke down furniture on their patio for a month as well as the home right next to the office. The house right next the the trash cans has a bunch of rotten little tykes play furniture along with a bunch of other garbage.  This is just observed in a walk an evening walk.  Now they seem to have disappeared and it looks like they have their children running the office.  So do the rules only apply to those you don't like whether it's racial or otherwise?????  Or are you all just the big of A-holes???  As for the owner.  We all hope you never sell a house again until we see improvements.  Also, if you are going to quote rules within the LEASE AGREEMENT.  Maybe you should provide us with a copy of the lease agreement so we can educate our selves of those important rules.  I have requested it twice from previous management.  Yet to receive.  

UPDATE since my last post.    WOW, I made a mistake by purchasing a home in this park.  The owner is never to be seen or heard from.  The "New" management sucks more than the last.  AMY is a straight up B@#$.. 
 She does nothing but harass residents and is rude and disrespectful.  The ground maintenance by Amy's husband, boyfriend or whoever he is does a piss pore job of keeping the gutters (if we had any) cleaned.  The streets are dirty and unkept.  The Utility upgrade is STILL going on and management thinks they don;t need to keep it's HOMEOWNERS updated. News Flash Owner of the LHME and Management.  We owned our homes and put money in your pocket every month, whether it's a renter or an owner.  You would think you would have more respect for US who put money in your pocket.  I don't think that any person is such a problem that this management needs to behave  in this unprofessional manner.  And AMY, you have the nerve to shoot your mouth off at people that have done no wrong and state that you own this place....hahahaha you don't own squat lady.  Get a grip on your ego or you will be gone

 This place is old but is well maintained.  Been here a few years and I like it ok but there are issues that really bug me.  The electric and gas is excessive. The park is in the process of transferring over to SCE and the Gas Co. off of sub-meters.  Can't wait!  Someone is definitely making a profit off over charging us.  Management sucks!!!!  They are rude and do not care about the residents.  Sandy, manager asks like she's a drill Sargent and harasses the wrong people for breaking rules (parking mostly).  The biggest rule breaker lives across from the club house and management office.  This guys parks all three of his rice burner cars in the visitor parking so he can do body work and no one ever says anything to him.   That guy Don that works with them in the realty department is a douche.  Seems nice at first but is really scandalous.  Beware!  If you can get past unapproachable management then you may like it here.  Don't hold your breath on getting anything fixed whether you have a rental or purchase a home.  All they will do is send their half-ass work crew to do a half-ass job.

Constant Harrasment, these people come into the property yore renting taking pictures of your home your back yard to nick and pick on any little thing Dead plants, stuff on your little piece of back yard or front plantar the female and male manager constantly harrasing the home owners trying to serve 7 day notices to keep your home, this is a privacy issue and its sad to see them bothering these poor people, theyre constantly violating our rights taking advantage of our lack of knowledge, theyre inhumane what are you guys trying to prove managers?? Threy just wanna sell, and take these homes with lies and harassment, buyers and renters beware !!!!they rent these places for almost 1000 and have you on a lease we are tied down and stripped of our tenancy rights, no lights, no cameras, our stuff is stolen our cars get broken into youd think they could atleast try to help these managers are bullying us, and the owner doesnt care or show his face money hungry!!! more or so the female is the worst rude, disrespectful, unapproachable, allways mad, the husband looks scared poor guy!! I feel bad for him!!!!

Nice community, including thier pool area but three stars because the Managment is not professional. They are very rude and disrespectful.

This is the 4th set of managers here in 5 years since I have lived here.  The current management seems to like to bully the residents and are lazy and dont care to do their job.
They lock the pool when they are too bothered to keep a watchful eye on it , they have their minor children serve notices for them, it is a disgrace.
