Bruce in the mail room was fantastic: professional and nice. HOWEVER, the desk clerk(s) at the customer service desk should be put out to pasture and fired. The lazy cows (with my apologies to cows worldwide) needlessly yelled at a customer, snapped at me and were nothing but jaw-droppingly rude and unprofessional. God forbid they have to lift a finger and work. Or smile. I pay their salaries and I demand they be fired. What a fiasco. Sad.

Came in to pick up a certified mail package. First issue was the hours on the notice were different from the hours they had on the pick up window so I had to wait a couple of hours to pick up my package. An inconvenience, but not the end of the world. The real issue I had wasthe disrespect from the lady at the counter. I was listening to get interaction with another customer and she was unbelievably rude telling the customer who was paying in cash to count out her poem money because"she doesn't count money". She was also ride when another customer asked her the price of a box they sell in the office. Overall unsatisfied with the customer service knowledge and especially let down by the service asst this office.

I ship multiple packages daily for my business here. Always a pleasant experience and the staff is very helpful.

Very rude customer service from one of the ladies that work here...she seemed like she was irritated and showed no professionalism. It sucks to be you I see...i will not come into this place again just rude for no damn reason...
