Henri's makes the most amazing buttercream cakes and I literally wait all year long to get one for my birthday. Today, a Thursday, I walked in to order my cake and was told "they were no longer accepting cake orders for Saturday". I couldn't believe it. I completely understand that Saturday is the busiest day. So anticipate. If you have several orders early in the week, plan to have a higher capacity. But telling me I could not order a cake was the wrong business decision. I'll never trust them again to be able to handle a cake order. The customer service at Henri's at both locations has become worse every year. I love their cakes but I don't think it will be long before Publix and Costco put them out of the cake business.

Was not impressed by their turkey poboy. Way too much deli meat and the french baguette was not fresh.
