My husband ordered a chocolate sheet cake for my graduation. It was the driest cake I've ever had. We threw it away. The decoration was also substandard. My husband apologized before presenting it saying "It looks like a child decorated it". It really did. We have always used another bakery in Roswell (Gluten Free Cutie) but he tried this bc it was closer to his office and he said it had great reviews. Maybe our cake isn't their usual, but it was not acceptable.

So I think this place is great for gluten sensitive and persons with Celiac disease. Breads were amazing. Pizza crust was not great there is an opportunity to improve this. But the 4 is for the options it presents for people with specific health issues and the attempt to further normalize their lives. Especially in a bread centric culture.

Delicious baked goods [that also happen to be gluten free] that are clearly marked and categorized so avoiding other allergens is made easy.

I ordered a chocolate cake for my dad's birthday and it was DELICIOUS! It was so moist and the icing was not too thick or too sweet. It was perfect. I definitely recommend this bakery and will certainly be a returning customer.

Always friendly people that work there and always helpful for my allergen needs (gluten, Dairy, and egg). Great food that tastes amazing. I'd give more stars if I could.
