I went to Panera Bread today for me and my wife and we got the Vegan bowl and two veggie sandwiches to go. ISIS took my order and was very patient with a smile with the long order I had. It was correct too! I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided too. Joy the shift supervisor who gave me my food provided me with excellent customer the day before too. The energy in the restaurant was great and clean too. Lastly I ordered something and I changed my mind, and Irina took the order off without asking me a thousand questions with a smile. I really appreciate that, because if I change my mind on something I shouldn't be questioned like I did something wrong by changing my mind. I highly recommend this Panera Bread if your intown in this area!!!😁

LOVE!  My wife and I get to-go food here at least once a week.  Absolutely pristine and clean facility with ample parking and an amazing location near the Target.  The food is consistently top-notch and the service is amazing.

I've been working remotely for the past week and made this Panera my home away from home (or, the office, in this case). The staff here is awesome. Attentive, professional, kind. One woman noticed me looking for dark roast and offered to bring me a cup from the back while it was brewing. It gets busy at lunch, but there's plenty of space with the patio to have a table to yourself and get some work done.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I live and work close by so I order often and I have never had a correct order, I’ve had hair in my tuna sandwich and there is always something missing or incorrect whether it is a missing bag of chips or a missing cookie.  Today I attempted to call and speak to the manager Nicole about my delivery order but I was told to call back. No one offered to take a message to relay to management Their communication and customer service is horrible. They just don’t care and continue to get it all wrong it’s hilarious that they mark the receipts with little black check boxes as if someone actually checked your order for accuracy.

Always good for breakfast, lunch or dinner!  Come checkout the new interior. Looks fresh and inviting.  The staff is always friendly!
