This  restaurant has an amazing menu of  savory foods with  Carribean & Asian  recipes.  Also, waitress and service is friendly with a welcoming atmosphere.  I had a delightful brunch with my family.  For sure to please your palette.

Long time customer. This restaurant  always has subpar service & Turn around time on food.  Food Is delicious and it’s the only reason I return. Visited recently and experienced something I have never experienced ANYWHERE. I ordered 2 Fried Shrimp Appetizers amongst other things.  The shrimp was the issue.  Crispy on the outside, Raw Shrimp on the inside.   I checked both orders.  Cut into each and every shrimp.  Same. I’m writing this because not only am I disappointed with raw food but when I went back to return the food there was no regard for the mishap.  No apology. No emotion or regret behind that counter. Unacceptable.

The customer service rep. on the phone who goes by the name of Sandy was incredibly pleasant!! She was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! I don't say this loosely when I say she's a true asset to this restaurant! Did I mention that the food is also exquisite?!! WELL, IT IS!!

Wasn't impressed with the food here.  I've had better jerk salmon. My date and I spent most of our time swatting what appeared to be "fruit flies" It might be a good idea to have this taken care of.  Our server was very polite.  The strawberry daiquiri was good.Food: 2/5

Food is good use to be better tho. It’s too expensive for the amount that’s given I paid $43 for beef and broccoli and chicken and broccoli meals. I expected my tray to be full but when I got home it was half empty oversized broccoli like the size of my hands.  Small trey of rice just not worth it save your money.

Absolutely amazing, food was delicious, drinks were great and the staff were very friendly and polite. Uncrowded and clean, sanitized at the front desk before being seated. Overall wonderful experience, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this restaurant for eating out.

I called Henrica's Restaurant at 7:53pm to confirm the opening hours and if they are taking walk ins to be seated. I was told by a young lady yes. When my husband and I got there at around 8:30pm the seating area of the restaurant seemed closed. To confirm this observation I called the restaurant and a young lady answered. Before I completed my question, I was rudely and  abruptly placed on hold without even told. I waited patiently for the lady to speak with me but she never came back to the call. The above customer service and communication was extremely poor and it was a turn off so much that I have no intention to ever return.

The service was impeccable. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and made my friend and I feel comfortable. We will be bringing back more friends. My pineapple ginger with a splash of rhum was what I needed aftera long day.  The seafood medley with Henrica's sauce was was delightful. The Herkimer Salmon is a treasure.  Great ambiance and beautiful decore

As an uber driver. I went to pick up an order at this establishment.. They treat you as if they don't give a darn about you if you have to wait ..they give you no specific time. Just have to waiting in vain. Until you cancell the order. Also noticed the regular customers having to wait a ridiculously long time. The staff is very untrained. Rude. And pays you no mind.. A very unprofessional atmosphere. I know I will never be back there to pick up any orders again. Hope all drivers avoid this restaurant . You will be very dissatisfied and disappointed . Hope the owners gets to the bottom of this situation. I'm sure he probably Don't even know what's happening at his restaurant. They don't realize that we are representing a customer just as everyone else. Good luck with your attitude there.

food was good, the king fish was tasty, asian bbq wings and coconut breaded shrimp are so delicious and the pinnaple chiken was also good, the piña colada was a little weak but good. The staff is pleasant.Food: 5/5
