I haves used Henry C. Reid many times throughout the years for various jewelry needs.  The staff there is always very warm and welcoming. The store itself is absolutely gorgeous.  The staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while keeping your budget in mind. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!!

Great place to buy your loved ones the perfect gift! I recently bought an engagement ring here after shopping around countless jewelers for several months. I got tired from dealing with people who just want to sell you anything and not seeing quality in other places. From the moment that I walked in, the service has been unmatched. They truly care about what you want and can custom make anything you want to your every specific desired detail. My purchase came out beautiful and better than anything that I have seen in other stores where they would charge you double-triple the amount of money. They really care about detail, which is vital for an important purchase. They also provide expertise in some aspects in which you are not sure about. They created the exact ring that I wanted! QUALITY! The service provided was very warm and you did not feel like you were just another customer coming in. I recommend them to all my family and friends looking to buy or create a very special something for their loved ones.

I can not recommend Henry C. Reid highly enough. Harry and Greg are so wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, discreet, thoughtful and kind. Henry C. Reid created my wedding band and a second band honoring the birth of my first child. Both are a beautiful match to my engagement ring. If you are looking for a jeweler that treats you like family and offers impeccable service Henry C. Reid is the only place to go.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here. Such kindness, care, and professionalism shown by EVERYONE involved. I was, like many, apprehensive about my lack of knowledge in this field. Greg and his staff helped to teach and comfort my nerves, and really helped get me excited, rather than terrified. Greg even kept the store open late to meet with my schedule. The ring we chose has been a HUGE hit, and we already have plans to return for our wedding bands. Truly a special place with excellent people, and we will never go anywhere else.

I always have great success working with the team at Henry C Reid. From beautiful and creative custom worn to anniversary gifts to birthday gifts they have a lovely selection and do amazing work. Claire is a delight and always eager to help and responsive. Greg has also been very generous with his time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly, their jeweler/jewelry designer is awesome at his craft. I would trust him with any project. All of the above keeps me coming back and recommending them to my family and friends.
