I never write reviews online for basically anything, but I had to for this special occasion. My girlfriend who is now my fiancée said "Yes" to me of course, but also to an amazing ring. Mark, who assisted with the process, was very helpful, considerate and most importantly, honest. I visited J Albert Johnson numerous times for this custom-made engagement ring. He was always available for me and made time to ensure I choose the best option for her and gearing me in the right direction. I HIGHLY recommend you visit Mark first before anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

My fiancé insisted on visiting and purchasing from this jeweler since he used them in the past to purchase watches. So instead of going to a jeweler in Manhattan which was more convenient....we made a visit to J. Albert Johnson in Ct... The service and atmosphere was awesome (family orient)! very friendly!  We were very comfortable. They made us feel at home, and Mr.David helped us pick and customize my beautiful engagement ring! I am so in love with my ring!   Love this Jeweler! they are awesome!!!

I had a really great experience with mark at j albert johnson! I went to a few jewellers prior, and never felt as comfortable as I was speaking with mark and his father, David. My custom ring came out beautiful and my fiance is I in love with it. Highly recommend you at least stop by if you are in the market for any jewellery.

Definitely go here for your jewelry needs. I came from out of town to buy an engagement ring here, and I'm glad I did. It is absolutely beautiful and the price was very very reasonable.
In addition, Marc, who walked me through the process, was very patient, helpful, and exceptionally nice. 
I almost never post reviews, but I'm more than happy to give 5 stars this time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with J. Albert Johnson Jewelers in Fairfield, CT.  Every step of the way in finding the perfect engagment ring, I found everyone there to be quite professional and respectful.  I greatly appreciated their expert knowledge in walking me through everything.  I would highly recommend working with J. Albert Johnson Jewelers, as my fiance and I were very happy with the final product.  All-around fantastic customer service.
