Dropped off a dress to get a crease steamed out for a family members wedding.  I was told the dress would be ready within a couple of days.  That was no problem as I allotted plenty of time.  I show up the day of the wedding as scheduled to pick up my dress & was informed that they lost the dress.  Not only did they lose the dress, they couldn't figure out where it was, who to speak to in order to help locate it, & how they were going to get it back. Due to this mishap, I had to get a new dress that did not match the rest of the wedding party & have had no solution offered.

Cleaned my sports coat and the press is done super well.  It's a little pricey, but it's around the corner, so I'll do there.

I've been a customer for quite a while and the last several orders have had quality issues.  I have repeatedly had to send garments back for rework.  Staff is not adequately trained for consistency.  Many times buttons are missing or the garment does not appear clean yet these guys are very expensive.  When there are problems I've tried to resolve them with the local manager, but always end up contacting corporate to get a resolution.  When dropping off an item for the first time I always ask for a price and the staff never has been able to quote correctly.  The pricing is not posted or published where clearly visible yet I've been told that there is a copy "behind the counter".  This has never been produced.  I was once told that a silk tie was about $4 and when I went to pick it up, they charged me somewhere around $8.  Recently, I needed a shirt processed overnight - they consider this service "same day" and charge a premium.  The premium was gladly paid because the shirt was needed for a trip.  The shirt was boxed and pressed, but still smelled of body odor and cologne, dirt around the collar.  Somehow they have managed to get an excellent reputation to justify the high prices, but if this location is example of how the company is run, then it is all hype.  If you decide to use them ask a lot of questions and take notes in case they over charge you for something.
