This is my first ever negative review. The cleaner that I normally go to closed, so I tried this cleaner, which is now called KC Cleaners.  I was dissatisfied with the job done on my chinos. They were wrinkled and puckering at the seams and hardly looked like they had been pressed. I had to wear them anyway as they were my only clean ones.  I took them back to KC Cleaners expecting that they would press them for me at no charge, no big deal.  I am not much for arguing with people, so their wanting to charge me for the redo of a poor job was all I needed to know. I realize poor workmanship slips through sometimes, but not caring if your customer is satisfied is a fundamental problem for me. On to the next cleaner.
