My spouse and I decided it was time to upgrade our vehicle for our growing family. We went to three different dealerships in Modesto and found that not only did Heritage Ford have the best vehicles for our needs, but the most friendly and informed staff as well! There wasn't a question that our guy, Leo, couldn't answer for us! He was not only knowledgeable, but very attentive as well. He encouraged us to test drive different vehicles and actively searched for other cars at Heritage Ford (and elsewhere) that fit our specifications. By the end of our visit we knew that we wouldn't be leaving without a brand new Ford Explorer! Thank you to Leo and to Heritage Ford, we love our new car!

I always appreciate the service from Heritage Ford, especially my service representative, Omar R. He makes sure I am satisfied with the work they do and if I call in for a last minute oil change, he tries to fit me in whenever possible! Thanks to Phil in the garage for assisting in the suggestions to help my Fusion shift more smoothly!  8^)

I was offered a tire rotation but didn't say if it was free or how much it would cost! This was during my Oil change! I like ford but didn't like the purchase of the focus! Had I known it was going to have big time issues with transmission I wouldn't have bought it.

Amazing service department! I have had a number of issues with my AC and Omar Ramirez, the Service Manager, did everything in his power to ensure it got fixed. I have only had one issue with Heritage Ford, and Omar went above and beyond to fix the issue. Great customer service!
