We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Henry Figaro who was our service advisor. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He answered all our questions and our service was done and completed in a timely manner. Our car was returned to us with maintenance completed, cleaned and ready to go! When our service is due, we will request Henry as our service advisor. We will recommend Mercedes Benz of Modesto to all our friends and family, and anyone looking to buy or service a Mercedes.

The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. I had a good time buying my new car. OK brass tacks, I found the vehicle I wanted and called nearby dealerships. They gave me the best price, so it was a no brainer. The car I bought wasn't the most expensive on the lot, but they really rolled out the red carpet. I would recommend  this dealership.

The manager doesn't know how to talk to there customers very rude and told us to never come back to this dealership I also filed a complaint with the Mercedes Benz USA main office the manager is Eddie and the salesmen was rony they both forced us to give them a 10 on the survey when they didn't even clean the vehicle after we purchase it and they just quickly washed the car and gave us the keys and I  noticed that there were dog hair in the vehicle after we purchased it and then we called the manager and told him he said we would take care of it after I received a email for survey and gave them very poor scores since there were responsible for cleaning the vehicle and customer service was very bad and my mom had drove the vehicle and got sick since she is has allergies from dogs and she has been sick for at least a week now and then when I go to pick up the car after they cleaned it the service department didn't even find keys for like 40 mins and finally I go to my car then noticed the fuel was low when the manager had promised me to fill up the gas since the incident had happened and had to wait for almost an hour to get my vehicle like seriously as well as the staff of the service department was very unorganized they couldn't find the paperwork and very unprofessional  wouldn't recommend them at all there are plenty of other Mercedes Benz dealerships out there don't choose this one you will regret it.

Stay away.   They are absolute crooks. 

My sprinter was taken in for service.   They went out of their way to charge me exorbitant fees that were completely unnecessary.

I would absolutely stay away from this place.   You can trust any random mechanic shop more than these crooks

WOW!!! I do not think I have ever had a better customer service experience in my life. This place is amazing and an exemplary example of how to get people to return for your product.
