Laura was great at the Trenton location. the store has great prices and I would recommend anyone buying furniture to check them out before purchasing some where else. We went to all the big box stores and when heard about heritage, my wife and I said we better check them out,,and we ended up buying our first bedroom set for our new home that day!

Best place we found in the area for quality furniture.  Was a little disappointed that we couldn't take home our purchase when we wanted to because apparently only one person has keys to the warehouse and wouldn't be in for a few days. Other than that very friendly and helpful.

What garbage delivery service! They only deliver to Belleville on Saturday's and give you a ridiculous 4 hour window and only let you know the 4 hour time-frame night before. Because I do shift work and live alone, my bed has been waiting at their store for 3 weeks now and then the day they do finally deliver, it's the MOST inconvenient time slot ever. 1-5pm on 1 of the very limited Saturday's I have off and of course it's not coming until closer to 5 now. There goes my family plans...just infuriating!

Me and my sister went to this store to buy a Reclining Recliner for our dad's BIG 70's year old birthday. The sales guy show us around and suggest what's the best for elders and also affordable for us. We requested a delivery and told him it has to be arrive on the exact day of my dad's birthday so that he could get a big surprised. And it did arrive on time, my dad is super surprised and happy. Thanks for doing this, we appreciated it!
