I was really in a bind and needed a reliable and affordable car option. I came in with a few ideas of what I was looking for. Back in December of 2015 my car was rear-ended pushing me into another car while driving home from work. I chose this body shop for convenience purposes and because I bought my car from Russel Toyota on Route 40 and I thought they would be the best At repairing my car. Sadly I was mistaken! The actual process of dropping off the car and getting it repaired took about a month which was understandable considering it was over the holiday season. Since then the paint on my front bumper has began to Chip Away. I have contacted both Danny and Ahmed, managers of the Collision Center. I have taken my car in to be looked at. I left a message after message after message. I took my car again this time supplying the paperwork as they could not find the repair in their system. Again still no call back! Here we are almost 2 years later and I'm driving around in my gold Camry with huge spots of missing paint on my front bumper. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have been given by the management staff at this Collision Center. Since I was unable to get anyone to come back to me I decided to take my car to a different body shop when it was recently backed into on a parking lot. While having that body shop look at my damages they also looked at my front bumper and assured me that it was never sanded nor primered nor sealed appropriately which is why the paint will not adhere to the aftermarket bumper that was put on my car. What a shame that this Collision Center took thousands of dollars from my insurance company plus my deductible because the person who hit me did not have insurance and I can't even get as much as a phone call back about getting my bumper repaired. I would recommend going anywhere other than this Collision Center.

My wife and I recently had our 2010 Honda Pilot in for body work. While we are satisfied with the body work, we are not satisfied with other things. Crayon markings were left on out vehicle where the other blemishes were observed. On the day of pickup, a shop rag was on top of the vehicle and there was a light coating of a yellow power inside the vehicle. Today, I was changing the brakes on our vehicle. While changing the brakes I came across the driver front lug nuts over-torqued. Any shop that removes tires should use torque sticks to prevent this type of situation. I am not happy with our experience!

I'm receiving some assistance, that's a plus .I always had faith in Toyota, that is why I come back. Allow me to make this a five star rating,, in other words don't let me down.
