I recently moved to Georgia and was having a really tough time finding my next home. I stubbled upon Relocation Realty and decided to give them a try. I can't begin to explain how happy I am for choosing them. They were personable but professional at the same time. They clearly know what they're doing and managed to make the whole buying process quick and painless for me. My agent listened to all of my needs/wants regarding what I wanted my next home to be and somehow found a home that had everything I wanted. I had a really great experience with this company and highly recommend.

I don't usually give reviews but I feel bad because one of my tenants has given Relocation Realty an unjustified bad review. I have had multiple investment houses with Relocation Realty for 8 years. They have done a wonderful job for me. They have kept my houses in good repair and always kept my tenants in line when they have been late on rent or caused any damages. I would recommend Relocation Realty to anyone who owns property.

Run from this company as fast as you can!!! When it was time to renew my lease with my tenant, I told them I no longer wanted to work with them because of the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and not charging what I requested for rent. Finally the owner Linda Bilderback called me back and I again told her I no longer wanted them to manage, she promised to call me back. I have not heard anything since from the company. They owe me money and took late fees from my tenant and never told me about it. I'm in the process of taking them to court.

!WARNING! THIS COMPANY IS A UNRELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY! DO NOT WORK WITH GABE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Went to meet with "Gabe" at property 120 Roswell Commons Way (poor exterior beautiful interior) A rude sickly elderly man was waiting for me when I arrived. We went into the property and he sat on the stairs while I walked through. I wrote down all my contingencies and we exited and discussed the next step in the process. I explained to him that I was looking for a place to move ASAP as I will be needing more space. He left with me a copy of the application and his business card. I also told him that I would need to speak to the other tenants that would be renting in addition to myself and that I would get back with him as soon as possible likely the same week with all paperwork and monies. I called next day after speaking with the other prospective tenants and set up a nine-thirty ten o'clock appointment to drop off all paperwork and fees and discuss the previously noted contingencies. As we sat down in the office I began verbalizing all the contingencies I had written down on a piece of paper 5 total (landscaping, pest control, One wall painted orange and shelving needed in 2 rooms for clothes/ no shelves or rod to hang clothes) then stated that he will not be taking my money because he "smelled trouble" referring to my contingencies as previously mentioned. If asking questions is "trouble" I'm glad my sister didn't come. He visually and verbally seemed uneasy that I was asking questions and being thorough which raised a red flag for me. He explained that the contractual agreement with the company and the homeowner had was only to find tenants for the property not for property maintenance which they have with their other clients. He then stated that the homeowner will not be willing to comply or compromise with the contingencies. I then respectfully stated to him that based off of what he mentioned the decision isn't left to him it's with the homeowner. I asked for a blank copy of the lease I would be signing and that if he could contact the homeowner and voice to her my contingencies to see if she'd be willing to comply. He agreed stated he would call me in 2 hours. He then walked out of the office without shaking my hand or even so much as a good-bye have a nice day just left me there right in the seat. I went to work and after 2 hours no call, 4 hours no call, by the 6th hour I called him and he then stated he left the homeowner a message and would call me back with a response when she called. I got a call from Gabe 1 hour after and he in a hurry stated that the homeowner was NOT willing to comply with said contingencies and that 3 people was too many people for a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 2,200sq ft townhome. I then said to him "so...is that it"? He wasn't interested in mentioning other properties or even allowing me time to speak. He would not allow me time to discuss what had just been said with the other parties. I could've easily asked if one of the other tenants could find their own place or even ask Gabe if he had other properties that were available that would suit my needs. Instead stated very rudely "yes, that's it! The conversation is over!" And hung up in my face! I've called back however he just ignores my calls. At the end of the day I feel sorry for the homeowner for being contractually obligated to deal with Gabe! I can only imagine how many other prospective tenants he's pushed away only for the homeowner to lose rental money for the property. IM SO GLAD I DIDN'T GIVE HIM THE $1500 IN MONEY ORDERS. I URGE YOU TO USE CAUTION WHEN AND IF YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM GABE... YOU'LL SAVE YOURSELF WASTED TIME!
