The staff here is amazing, they were so helpful. They delivered your drinks to you at the table and constantly walked around with jugs. They told you where all various food groups were located before you got there. They called up one table at a time to the buffet so we weren't trampled. They were all smiling and very attentive. WOW!! Do I need to say more. Thanks staff

I loved this place. As a frequent business traveler and long time visitor to the area. This place was perfect for my family. I am 38 and have been visiting the area since I was five. We used to stay at the Historic Strasburg In but sadly Clarion is more interested in dividing the property for profit than restoring the amazing property. We left The Hershey inn today with zero regrets and beyond thrilled with everything. Okay, not everything, the bathrooms are comically small, it's a closet with tub, my poor wife busted her to on the door because you have contort in annoying ways to exit the bathroom. Other than that, awesome and see you next year. Front Desk staff was great!

Great place. Awesome free breakfast in restaurant. Smorgasbord style. Property and staff were wonderful. Rooms nice. We had a balcony king so nice overlooking pool. Beds are horrible. I would stay here again and again if they up grade the beds. My husband and I both had sore backs in the am. Otherwise this place is awesome.

LOVE this place. Will always be a family favorite. It's become our family's yearly end of summer vacay destination spot. Ryan and Garrett are fantastic. They will move mountains, if they can, to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms have been renovated and look amazing. The restaurant is always fantastic with a super friendly wait staff. I love the addition of the subway restaurant on the property. It's the nicest subway I've ever seen. Wtg Hershey Farm!! See you soon!!

Four of us went here before our sight and sound show. One of our meals (fried chicken) was burned. It was incredible. We had it taken off the bill. The medium rare burger was well done, but still tasty. Service was just okay. It didn't feel friendly or rude. I wouldn't go here again. Feels like they have a captive audience and mediocre food. That said none of us had the buffet which seems to be the draw. Maybe they have that down...
