Horrible experience with Hertrich Toyota. In the past I've had bad experiences with their service department but recently I went to purchase a vehicle and I said I was looking to purchase within the month. They basically blew me off and said come back when you are serious about buying. Will never go back there again. Luckily that same week I went back to Hertrich Ford and purchase the truck had a great experience with them.

Love these guys at Hertrick!   They make buying the perfect car do easy.... thank you to the best salesmen ever Nehemiah,  go in and say hi (tell him Gigi sent you) and to the finance manager Mr. Sam!  I've bought 3 vehicles from them and not a problem 1.  THANK YOU GUYS FOR A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

Hertrich Toyota worked with me through a financing error. I was able to speak with Tushar and the sales lead Kevin who were very polite and transparent with their accountability in the matter. As a business leader I can say the found the best solution for me as a consumer within the means of their business. I appreciate their time and recommend purchasing and getting your car serviced here.

Car sales is a cut-throat business.  I sold cars for a couple years and I have to say that Linda Didomenicis is a true professional.  I was tagging along with a friend who brought me along to be the heavy hand if needed (since I have a background).  I did some leg work before we got there, knew what the numbers were going to be to make it work and to be honest, I wasnt needed.  Linda did an amazing job showing the cars, listening to what her customer had to say, got the trade number he wanted (which I knew was possible) and got everything in place on the second pencil.  Thats impressive on all accounts.  

My family has bought a vehicle at Hertrichs Toyota and I knew that if any dealer could make things work, for him, it was them.  I know there are lots of choices when looking and buying cars, but Linda did an outstanding job.  She was patient, she knew exactly what her customer was looking for in terms of numbers and she got it done with a smile.  I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and guidance. 

Thank you Linda for making this purchase so easy and quick.  4 hrs start to finish. Anyone who knows cars, dealing, selling.... thats fast.
