This was my second time visiting the service section of the dealership.  The first was for regular oil change and maintenance.  

What I liked was the fact that the service rep (Tony Hall) listened to my complaint of drivability issues and what was happening.  After writing it up and the tech looking it over and figuring out that there would be a week wait for me to have the truck back they set me up with a loaner.  This helped me out a lot so that I was able to get to work and back as I needed.

The truck was returned when fixed and works great now.  The service writer, and mechanic did a great job of passing information that I needed to be comfortable that my truck was being worked on properly.  That was a great assurance to me because of how I spoil my vehicles and like that when I am without them they are treated right.

I needed service on my vehicle. The repairs were covered under a special coverage by the manufacturer. I called  K.C.M to see if they were able to take care of it. Rich was extremely patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and my car was finished within a few hours. The staff was very professional, efficient, and absolutely pleasant. I would recommend to everyone! Thank you!

My husband and I purchased a new GMC Acadia from Kent County Motors.  We knew we wanted a GMC vehicle, but we weren't sure what offers, options, and features would best suit us.  JEFF HARVEY worked hard to provide us with information, options, and details that helped up make up our minds.  He was patient, informative, helpful, and most of all----professional and personal in the quality service he provided.  Working with JAY WHITBY to put the final deal and details together was an extra bonus.  A car buying experience made easier with a quality staff and family service.  Outstanding dealership.

Jeff Harvey helped me with a lease deal to upgrade my current vehicle - couldn't be happier.  Not only did I receive personal attention and great customer service, Jeff was very professional and answered all my questions.  He also reviewed the vehicle with me and helped to customize all the settings so I didn't even have to refer to the manual!  Just doesn't get an easier or any better when buying a new car!  Will definitely continue to buy from Kent County Motors and Jeff Harvey!!

Our sales consultant. was Kevin Levey. He was very friendly and very professional. Not pushy at all which we loved. Buying process was pretty smooth. My husband and I purchased a used SUV and about a week later the check engine light came on. I called it in and they scheduled me in very quickly and took care of it. Needless to say we are very pleased with all of the staff and services and especially our SUV. We highly recommend Kent County Motors!
