We had a great experience at Hertz Car Sales today buying our 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We were originally coming to just look and test drive. But we ended up trading in the car we brought and it went much better than we had expected. Tim, Allen, and Prakash were all great in helping us get into a new car. Very low pressure sales environment and the best prices around. We highly recommend working with this team!

I recently bought a car from this dealership and could not be happier. I was in a bit of a messy situation and they really seemed to care about helping me get into a car. They listened to what I wanted and were not pushy at all! Dale provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. Prakash Makhija really made me feel like I was in good hands and went above and beyond to provide me with advice on my situation. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I bought a Toyota Camry several months ago and love the car. I had a couple mishaps right after I purchased it(popped tire) but Bob (Robert) was very understanding and compensated me for the tire along with throwing in some other nice perks. Great guy and great service! I recommend these guys often.

I wish I could rate  a zero. This company is deceitful and the manager does not keep his word! I purchased a 2014 Kia Optima for this company. 2 months after purchasing the vehicle started having problems with car. I have been giving the run around about the car they sold me but did not check the car for problems before selling it. The manager does not keep his word. They had me take the car to the dealership stating the issue was. Manufactuers problem. For 1 yr and a half i am still javing problems with the car. It took this long for HERTZ to repair the bumper on the car. The car jad been in an accident and managers excuse was he didnt know car had been in accident. They received the car 2 days before i purchased the car. He also stsated that he would" put me on another car if the issues were not resolved, any other car but a Kia. This was stated to le several times. This went on from 5/16 until today 10/26/ 17. The car is a pos with many issues. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE. The manager is aware of all issues with tis car and now does not want to recitify their mistakes. As of today 10/ 26/17, the manager is now changing his story and is not willing to admit that they sold a pos and not willing to keep his word!!! I am a very unhappy customer and DO Not recommend purchasing a vehicle from HERTZ car sales from this location!!!!!.i am stick with this car that im scared to.drive die to it beimg unsafe to drive.
