Went in to the dealership and Matt S was super helpful. No sales tactics, no stuttering when I asked a bunch of questions about the car. Just straight to the point. He helped me and made sure to keep in touch with me about the progress of the deal. Really happy with the experience. Keep in mind these are used vehicles, and there’s always a chance you’ll have to put something into them to make sure they run right. With that said, this place is still worth you making the trip. At least you’ll be treated like a human and they’ll do whatever they can to help. Thank you, Matt!

I brought my daughter in for a car and we worked with Adrian. He was awesome!! Worked diligently to get her into something that she liked and could afford!! It was a wonderful experience!! I recommend Cactus Jacks to everyone I know!

****UPDATE****
So...since that post my daughter has had to take her vehicle in over 5 times. The van will randomly NOT START! We have to worry about her going places (grocery shopping, school events, the park) with the children in the car. Because the car, RANDOMLY, will fail to start. 
Each time that she brings the car in, which they keep for days to "repair", she has to search for alternate transportation. She has a 5 month old infant. Needless to say, reliable transportation was the top priority in selecting a vehicle. 
The salesman, Adrian, who was excellent. Very conversational and helpful, advised us against one car on the lot (because it may not have been reliable) and recommended this vehicle. 😐
My daughter has been brining the vehicle in (since within a week or two of the purchase) asking for a repair, replacement, or refund, to no avail.
This is not what I expected from Cactus Jack's. I am very disappointed in the quality of service that someone that I referred to them, my daughter, is receiving.

Came in with my fiance to find a new car. Not only was it easy, it was fast. Thanks to Paul and Izzy for making the experience so great! Great service, great people and a great car to match

Great service. They'll work with you. However, you have to be very VERY conscious on what you are getting into. Biweekly price, etc. Because if you don't, you'll just be returning that vehicle back and I'm wasting a lot of money.
