They have been SUPER kind and accomodating for all my reservations. Alex, the manager, is wonderful. They have a lot of traffic there, and to be fair Hertz should probably add additional staff at this location. Bu they have been great to me for years. And I'm a pretty picky customer. Highly recommended.

They are very corrupt here. I had a scratch on the door. The manager said it was ok it's just a scratch. Now I'm being made to pay and it's ruined my credit . One time from this same location I also got a car with no spare or inflator kit. I got a flat and was forced to leave the car over night. Way to scam a customer. For that same scratch I Never filled out any paperwork.  this location shows bias towards a certain race as well. Hella noticeable how Armenians get treated way better.

I just wanted to start off by saying Enterprise down the street was just horrible and no help. I called Hertz and wow, what a difference down to the customer service! I wanted to acknowledge William for the amazing customer service he provided! I've never felt so good from beginning to end. He truly is a good star in my mind. The other staff as well we're super sweet and friendly! This Hertz blew my mind and for that I appreciate you guys and it's why I'm writing a review! You guys earned it! You saved our trip from going south quick!

Terrible customer service! Did not have the car ready, waited 2 hours, overcharged me twice, 
If anyone said they give this company any rating more than one star is probably their own staff. They suck!
