Made reservations via Expedia since it has the most affordable rate. To my delight, I was upgraded to luxury  SUV at no additional cost since there was no available standard SUV. 

Always check your credit card bill post-rental. I dropped off the car after a week using the 'key drop box'. Hertz do put additional charges, so triple check your credit card statements. I disputed the extra charges with my credit card company and they removed it.

I gave 3 stars since the 'free' upgrade was a huge bonus on a long drive. If I had not been upgraded, I would have given 1 for the unscrupulous or sneaky charges.

EXTRAORDINARILY poor customer service.  They failed to pick up my rental, as they promised to do, and then charged me for an extra day.  When I called to speak to someone about it, I was told they would look into it and get back to me.  That never happened.  Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.  Enterprise is much better.

They cheat on you and no response from customer care mine bill was $98 and they charged me from my card $ 205 trying to reach customer care no response. Worst car rentals

KoP Hertz always treats me lime a VIP.  They are on the ball and will do what they can to make you happy.  The only agency that I use....Hertz.

AAA Devon who made the reservation did a great job. From a Hertz perspective, the King of Prussia manager and assistants were great, efficient and friendly.  Only downside is the car inside windows were dirty/filmy from smokers. This should have been cleaned before our rental.
