Worst service ever...reserved a vehicle in advance and showed up to be told that they have zero cars available.  what is the point of a reservation?  I understand things go wrong...but staff was extremely unhelpful and basically told us we were out of luck

Worst experience of my life. First of all the only reason I need a rental was because  I had a car accident so statefarm my insurance company sent me there for a rental car. When I arrived to pick up my rental there was no one at the office there was a sign that said out of the office please call this number which was the number I'd been calling the entire time I was driving to the hertz store and it only connected me to Hertz  headquarters which I had already talked to several times and they could not help me. So I had to call hertz headquarters again and they seemed astonished that there was no one at the store said they would get back to me asap and here we are 24 hours later I still haven't heard from them needless to say I went to enterprise got a car in less than five minutes and couldn't be more satisfied and never ever will I deal with hertz again.

My personal experience was great. The employees helped me out in short time and got my rental for a month. No issues what so ever. Will definitely rent from them again.

Not once ever...:have I ever.....walked in and not waited on a representative to help me. Shortest wait was 15 min, longest wait was over an hour (no line just me).  Don't know where they hang out, but it's not the front desk.
