The vehicle itself was great did the job, but again for the second time I rented there, I got overcharged. Evertime I called in to address the issue I was told someone is going to call me back. Twice. Not one single phonecall came my way to fix this, and I had to call back yet again. Was given the 800 number for billing to call, which I did. After holding for 14 minutes
I had Terry answer the phone in a manner that said what's my problem maybe I should look at my rental record again there is no problem, to Oh, you are right we did charge extra, well now it's fixed. Not even an apology just plain bad attitude he had to talk. 
Also, when I signed the rental agreement and it said they will hold $318 on my credit card they ended up holding over $600. That also happened now both times I rented from them within a year.  People need to look at their records and creditcard statements to make sure they are charged correctly and not overcharged, because hertz will not do it for you, they just charge. The better buisness bureau should look into their practice.

I just called and made a reservation for a five day rental.  It was so easy and stress free!  It's always hard to figure out logistics and price and other details; but the 800 operator, Carol, was fabulous.  Am so glad to see Hertz giving women opportunities to shine.
