Even one star would be far too much! Both employees that tried to help were ridiculously incompetent. Gold Card rental and it took more than an hour to get a car. They had do bring the car to a repair shop first, although they mentioned that they had to pick up the car earlier that day from another location. I wonder why there was no time to check the car before my arrival. Luckily after an hour another customer brought back a car.  The neverlost I got was more a everlost as they forgot to make it functional in the system. I could go on forever. Just a nightmare, places like these should be closed immediately

Had the absolute worst service possible from a manager nonetheless at the Hertz Plymouth Rd location in Livonia, MI. After being in a car accident caused by someone else and getting a rental through my insurance company through their suggestion of Hertz in my area, my car was finished at 3:30pm on a Friday (knowing that I would be out of town, this was mentioned prior to drop off) the car mechanic shop and Hertz decided to give me false information saying that I would not have to pay the additional days for my rental due to me being scheduled out of town. I called the manager at the Plymouth Rd location and he rudely told me on Friday, " why would we let you have a car for free?". I explained the situation, that I would even pay for Friday and Saturday but didn't understand why I'd have to pay for Sunday since I'd be back in town and available then. He said that they were closed and that wouldn't be an option. When I returned to get my vehicle on Monday the manager treated me w disgust. He waited for me to state my complaint with a smug look on his face the whole time and then said give me the keys and you can leave once I get the mileage. I said okay thank you for not helping me out whatsoever and I can do the rest on my own without your assistance. I went and grabbed my things from the rental to put in my car. Once I gathered my belongings, he decided that was a good time to sneak into the rental to move it to the car wash area and grab the mileage. He went inside and left the receipt on the table for me to grab without speaking to him again. Complete trash of service in my opinion. This person should not be in a management position. Needless to say I will never rent or suggest Hertz for any auto rental needs ever again. Thanks for helping me with my already traumatic event. NOT.

The selection is not huge, but the convenience is.  A neighborhood car rental place is perfect when I need a large vehicle for a road trip.  They do have large vehicles here.

Worst customer service. The Supervisor was very rude to customers. Try to avoid this place at all costs!!
