Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good service good cars. My only complaint is I wish they would clean the insides of the windows more regularly. Several times, the film has been so bad that I've had to wipe them off myself to be able to see when headlights glare at me at night. Inside windows and side mirrors -- should be part of the prep when each vehicle turns around. Otherwise, it's a good location with great customer service. The manager is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He should go far at Enterprise.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! We made a reservation for a vehicle for 7:30AM. We were on our way to pick it up and at 7:05AM we get a call from the manager that they have ZERO vehicles available until 3:00pm. We ask if they could pick us up (16 min car ride away) for us to get the vehicle at 3:00pm, they said NO. Then we asked if they could hold the vehicle for the next morning for us to pick up they said NO. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! The manager was an ass. I called customer service corporate and they did NOTHING!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The cars interior wasnt very clean the windows were really dirty they had spear marks all over them. The cars exterior was fine and there were no issues.

The front desk workers need better customer service skills! By the time my rental was approved, after calling the corporate office, I ended up going to Hertz.
