This is my go-to rental location! I am spoiled, though. I love having the rental delivered to my job. Non-airport locations cost a few dollars more, but it's worth it. Who needs the craziness of driving near the airport when it's not necessary? When I return the car, I simply leave the keys with the security desk and call the location to let them know. Everyone has always been so pleasant. I'm one of those folks that still inspects the rental, so I appreciate their patience.

I have rented cars from this place for the last several weeks and I have been mostly happy with the service.  They are courteous and respond to your concerns.  I told them I don't like smoker's cars and they accomodated that several times but not always.  It's OK as long as they at least tried.  They always pick me up from my home, this service is really wonderful!  I just wish they didn't put me on hold for so long each time over the phone.  Even after reserving online, I had to wait in line a few times.  They seem quite busy, so it would help to hire more people may be?  Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service.

The van was dirty, food under seats. 
Smokeless ashtray under passenger seat.
When my husband returned home with the van, there was no paper work. No manual in glove box. We were leaving for Florida the next day... offices were closed being a Sunday.  I was frantic something would happen.
My husband told agent he wanted insurance,  agent said "your covered under your own car "
I was able to talk to someone at the 1-800 number Sat evening before we left to tell me when I arrived in Florida I could then get insurance.

Rented a Ford Fusion Hybrid.  Fast and kind service. Good car. Overall great experience!

Service was good.. However, they started off trying to give me a Ford Focus as a full size car... No.. That's compact. I refused to take that.. So they gave me a Hyundai Sonata, which was fast and good on gas... However, the defroster was horrible. There were multiple rainstorms​ coming and going on my trip so we had to keep pulling over until the rain got lighter. The defroster would not work efficiently.
