So I just received  $110 bill because they said there was scratches on the vehicle. Is this how they get there $ by falsely accusing people of damage?!?! This is my first and definitely last time renting threw them! The car was dirty when we got it. Who knew you had to walk around with an agent to look for damage. Now I guess I'm paying more for unknown scratches than I did to rent it for a few hrs. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!

The man at the front desk hung up on me. I was asking him questions on availability for a rental car for a beach trip and as I was asking him questions on a dodge he says we do not have any available ok thank you bye and HANGS UP. I have never had this happen. I was friendly wanted to do business with this company and he ruined it for me. I do not blame HERTZ, I blame the HRs who were fooled by this man to hire him to think he could actually give great customer service.

Quality staff, helps out by going above and beyond. Has worked with me on multiple occasions and is always polite and friendly.
