I had a very poor experience at this location. A couple of men who work here had taken the car and so I had to wait for my rental and when they agent walked out with me and opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke billowed out. I told her I didn’t want to drive it and sit in that smell for the next week and she looked at me and said, “well what do you want me to do about it?” They didn’t have another vehicle so then waited again and they gave me a car immediately after someone pulled up in it. She didn’t walk around the car and check damages with me and they didn’t clean it. It smelled bad and I had waited half an hour at this point after my scheduled time to pick up a car.  I ended up taking it to the Harper Road location and they cleaned it for me the next day. (I would suggest going to that location if you rent from enterprise in Beckley). Overall, incredibly poor experience and unqualified staff. If you work at a rental car place DO NOT get in one of the vehicles if you smell like smoke- common sense.

Will NOT rent from this location again. My parents are old fashioned and requested a domestic vechicle for a drive up north. Megan REFUSED to help or even speak to my parents because apparently that is an unreasonable request. Still waiting for someone else to wait on us, been here for over thirty minutes waiting. Picture is of "Megan".
Edit: I should note that my mother called two days before to the location to MAKE SURE they would be able to get a domestic. She was guaranteed by the woman on the phone (didn't get her name) they could as long as they booked for a mid size.

Do not go through these people we went to rent a car and had to wait hours because they don't tell you all the info you have to have before you get their and we had our kids with us it was overall bad experience
