After calling Enterprise Car Rentals, they advised me to come in to pick out a rental.  After arriving, they advised me then that I have to have either a credit card or debit card. If only a debt card I also have to have proof of auto insurance.  If im renting a car, I evidently don't have a car which also means I don't have auto insurance. For crying out loud!!!!!  Can a person not Pay Cash for anything?  I have a good driving record and drivers license. I'll never go back to them again. Just sayin'!!!

I was charged $179.23 for insurance for a four day rental and a quarter tank of gas. What is so terrible this, it was rented by an insurance company for my use while my car was in the shop. Will never use again.

Poor experience. When i called to rent a car no one told me I had to bring proof of insurance or proof of income. They just told me to go online and rent the car. When I get to the location to get the car they said they did not have one and that I would have to wait another 30 mins. When i asked if we could go ahead and start on paper work so i wouldnt be late the woman at the front desk stated no. Do not use the chapmaville wv location.
