Great experience renting here, very friendly staff even though we literally arrived to pick up our car 3 minutes before closing time. Assisted us in selecting an upgrade that suited our needs better and got us on our way in a very timely manner. Will definitely be back!

Rented a vehicle under our corporate account for a two day business trip.  Picked vehicle up 20 minutes after my scheduled time.  Had to clean snow off car, let it warm up.  Road conditions were wet, and had just snowed the day before, so a lot of salty splash on the windshield.    10 minutes into my drive on the interstate, found that there was NO windshield washer fluid in the reservoir.

My colleague uses Enterprise quite a bit.  Says their cars are always cleaned off, warmed up and ready to go.

So I rented a SUV from this location. I show up they try to stick me in a minivan. I make it about 30 miles and I realize the car has a violent Shake in the steering wheel. I pull off and the rear wheels are completely bald. The driver side is even showing wires. I'm forced to return the vehicle wait 45 minutes for a new one to arrive. The manager is unwilling to compensate me for my time and in fact charges me for the gas that I used to bring the vehicle back.

Most horrible experience of all Hertz locations I've been to. When I returned the car Alex flipped out because I didn't park it exactly in the middle of the parking spot. He first cursed and waved his hands like a lunatic at the car, then he slammed the door and punched the shades in before re-parking the car. After he got back in, he added a late return fee on my rental, even though I was returning on time. I'll never rent from them again.

Very nice staff! I mentioned once that I don't like a certain type of car, and they remembered/accommodate me before I have to ask!
