I am very happy with my ford service. I could get my oil changed here in Madison but always drive to Koenecke Ford for service I can trust.They always let me know of recalls and take care of it when Ford sends the part.

I brought my family to the Wisconsin Dells for the first time, and on the way there my truck check engine light came on. I did a quick Google search for Ford Dealers in the area, and this one came up. I drove over there on a Saturday morning as the service hours were posted as 8am to noon. The service department was excellent. They were able to check out my engine code and get my truck serviced right then. I was very appreciative that they went the extra mile for me as I was from way out of the area, and I needed to make sure I could safely get my family back home. I'd recommend stopping by there to anyone in a similar situation.

On a whim, we drove out to Koenecke Ford because my husband had gotten a good deal and great vehicle from them back in 1988! He remembered the service and positive experience and wanted to check out what they had and could do for us. We met with Jack who showed us an amazing 2012 Ford Edge with LOW mileage. We went for a test drive, checked out the car and Jack showed us all the fun features (full length moon roof, heated seats, My Ford Touch, back up camera to name a few)The dealership gave us a reasonable amount for our trade in and Patty Koenecke made the numbers work for us!We had only gone out 'looking' and we drove home with our new 2012 Ford Edge. We love the vehicle and the service we received. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make the process painless. We highly recommend Koenecke for any of your automobile needs. Go see them - you won't be disappointed.
