Do NOT consider any type of bankruptcy without talking to Todd first!  Take a few minutes for a free consultation and you will not be disappointed.  We went in for a simple Chapter 7 as a preemptive foreclosure protection.  He very well could have rubber stamped it and just took our money and walked.  Instead he went after the shady mortgage companies.  We are now in a Chapter 13 and are in a MUCH better place than if we had done what we originally set out to do.  I've often stated how glad I am that he's on my side.  Because, if you're on the other side, he is ruthless.  He has gone WAY past what I would expect any attorney to do.  As a direct result, my family is in the best financial situation we have ever been in.

As with a majority of the reviewers on here, I had a VERY positive experience working with Mr.Hertzberg. Prior to hiring him as my lawyer, I had little to no knowledge of the legal system or my rights as they pertained to my specific case, and Mr.Hertzberg took the time to educate me on the entire process. He was always very professional, and promptly responded to any and all questions and concerns I had. He is very collaborative and never made any decisions without my prior consent, and never tried to persuade me into any specific actions. He lays out the options, and allows you to decide, like a professional should. I was more than happy with the way he handled my case, and the outcome that he worked tirelessly to achieve. Without second though!, I would highly recommend Mr.Hertzberg's services!

This is not the first time I have left a review on him but he seems to get them erased somehow because they are not showing up anymore.  This guy gave me bad advice about how to handle military debt which cost me 5000 dollars during the bankruptcy case and then refused to take responsibility for it.  He acknowledged it was his fault but would not refund my money or pay me the money he cost me.

Giving a client informatuon that is incorrect during a case like this is malpractice.  Not taking responsibility for your error is immoral. Please be careful of this guy.
