It was my first time so I’m not sure how they do things here but I when I walked in I received no greeting or even though the employees looked straight at me. People after me were treated much better. Wasted 15-20 minutes seeking help. I will not return.

The staff at Hester Eye Associates always makes me feel loved and welcome! They all have great personalities and have consistently taken amazing care of my vision needs. Dr. Hester is an awesome guy and an amazing Doctor. His bedside manner is truly impeccable! They all worked with me, as we perfected my multi-focal contact lens prescription! My eye glasses are truly amazing! Not only are the lenses ultra thin, despite me being nearly blind, but the no line multi-focal lenses are truly amazing! I love my glasses and it is truly hard for me to decide between which to wear - Contacts or Glasses. I would highly recommend Hester Eye Associates to anyone that just wants to be taken care of thoroughly and treated like a person that matters to them!

Absolutely stunned by the negative reviews. Dr. Hester is an outstanding professional and his staff is not only warm and friendly, but they genuinely care about the patients they see. Every time I have needed glasses, sunglasses or my wife has needed contacts, they have found the best lenses and frames for the money and they work well with my insurance. This is one of the best optometrists I have visited in 30 years.

I’m shocked with these other reviews!! They must not have gone to Hester Eye, been in a bad mood or didn't have the funds to cover their appointment. The ladies at Hester are AMAZING!!! Friendly, compassionate, caring and make EVERYONE feel welcome! They are all incredible workers as well as people! I have changed insurance a couple of times and each time, they knew more about my insurance than I found out in my research. Obviously that other reviewer didn't do his/her homework and that is the customer's responsibility as well. I just LOVE Hester Eye and have gone for years. If you need an eye place- CHOOSE HESTER!!! Dr Hester is AMAZING as well and is current with not only technology, but with ways to improve your eyes. I give them a perfect 10!!!

Extremely satisfied with the services. Has been my eye doctor for over 20 years.Vision checks, eyeglasses and recommended cataract surgery in 2010. I am very satisfied with my new implants with the "restore" corrective lens for both eyes by Dr. Lawrence Woodward. No more eyeglasses.
