I have the best experiences here. NP Jade Lam is literally the best medical professional I've ever been to. She listens offers advice and does her best to make you feel safe & comfortable. They are very professional and do everything in a timely manner.

Second time in a row I've had the same exact experience. I go on the WellStar mychart app and fill in all the neccessary information for both appointments and prescription refills. No response for 2 weeks. I fill out the same information again after two weeks of no communication and still no response after 2 business days. I call the phone number given on the website and the nurse's line goes straight to voicemail. So I press any other number to see if I can get in contact with a human. I finally speak with an agent and they promise to contact the doctor and call me back the same day. End of the business day comes and there is no communication, email, text, voicemail, or otherwise. I call again the next day only to find out that they had to "look into my chart" - mind you I've only been to this doctor's office once and I have no major medical issues so it really shouldn't take that long to look at my charts. Long story short, after no communication for 3 weeks total, I had to call them constantly to get a response and now I'm having to rearrange my schedule to accomodate them. If you have other options, I would look into them.
