I was a first time customer here, and I had a frustrating experience. You are probably asking yourself, why did I give it 5 stars then... well, in the end, I'm very happy with how it was resolved. I bought a TV during their black Friday sales. I took it home and found the TV was defective. Not a big deal. I'm sure they sold a lot of TVs on that day and 1 bad TV is bound to get through. The frustrating part is what happens next. I was told there was 4 more in stock and I could come and exchange it. When I got there, they did not have any in stock. This started a chain of events that let to 5 separate incidents of them attempting to order the TV from the warehouse, and them not actually receiving the TV. It was resolved though. I went in to check to see if my TV had arrived, and of course, it did not. so they decided to upgrade me to a TV the cost $300 more than what I paid for, and they also gave me $50 off my original order. Even though I wasted time and gas money dealing with this, I'm very satisfied with the end result. The staff was very respectful throughout this whole ordeal, and they made sure to resolve this in a satisfactory manner. At first, I said to myself that I would never shop here again, but with how it was resolved, I will shop here again.

Bought a new range. Very nice, KitchenAid double oven. The price was competitive. I have a pet peeve about delivery people. I've had some major items recently delivered from furniture stores to my new home that have absolutely been nightmare processes. So you can understand my surprise when the delivery persons actually showed up on time, and on a Saturday. They were careful with my newly painted walls. They hooked up the range and even went over a couple things unique to this model. Plain and simple, they delivered it on time without incident and I really like the range!

We went in to price a washer and dryer. No one was pushy in anyway. Answered our questions and told us that the labor day sale was going to be much better than the prices they had then and then left us alone to browse without pestering us. I really appreciated that. We ended up looking at several other items as well. Very good competitive pricing. they are at the top of our list for where we are getting our washer and dryer. Very well done!

SORRY FOR THE LONG READ BUT ITS WORTH IT. My wife and I went and picked out all 4 major kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and 2 couches 5 days before we closed on our house. Derek Ritchie was our salesman. Mike (not sure of last name) was the manager who helped us and Derek out the first day we came in. My wife and I were satisfied with our prices, took our hand written quote and waited the 5 days until closing before purchasing the appliances. 2 hours after closing, we drive the hour back to Lexington but left our quote at home because Derek and Mike were so promising of everything the first time we came in. We get to the store, and Mike is working that night, but Derek is not. We talk with Mike who then pawns us off on another salesman. After an hour or so of haggling, my wife and I were told that Mike would not honor the quote that we were given 5 days earlier. I even went as far as to ask if we brought the quote back up to the store the next day before the promotional period ran out could we get it honored then and we were told absolutely not. So I promptly and politely told the salesman to let Mike (who no longer would talk to us face to face) know that we would be taking our business elsewhere and we got up and walked out the door. I knew Derek Ritchie would be at work the following day from our conversation when we first picked out appliances, so the next morning, I drive the hour back to Lexington to talk to Derek. No questions asked, Derek took the quote that I brought with me this time and set everything up for us. He even went as far as to inform me of another deal going on that would upgrade us to a MUCH higher quality washer and dryer for exactly the same price as the original ones we picked out. The only reason this store is getting two stars from me is because of Derek Ritchie. He was very helpful and very willing to take care of his customer. I am still considering contacting their cooperate office to let them know of my experience with Mike. He was incredibly rude the second time we walked in that store, and in all honesty, is the reason I will not be going back. If you decide to shop here though, make sure you ask for Derek.

They will be the only place I buy appliances from moving forward. Have been helpful, accomidating, and quick to repair and replace when issues arise, even beyond their typical policy guidelines.
