Recently bought a new refrigerator because the old one died. I have a very hard to fit area and the first fridge did not work despite our measuring. Pieratts made it right, helped us all along the way, a salesman even came out to measure in person. They sent us the new fridge at no extra cost - second one was cheaper so we even got a refund! I can’t imagine what would’ve happened If I had gone to a big box store instead. Truly personal local service. They do the repairs as well so why would you go anywhere else? I had two different delivery crews and both were outstanding.

Great selection, very good prices, local family owned business with their own service department. Highly trained sales staff. Definitely recommend.

We had a new appliance delivery and a service call all on the same day. From the showroom with Kevin to the delivery by Eli and Dave, then the service call by Scott, we had a 5 star experience the entire way! Pieratts has always provided us with exceptional service.

Loved the showroom room. Appliances were clean and dust free. The delivery men were very polite and professional. They worked as a team and explained the product. I will definitely shop Pieratt’s again.

Good shopping experience. Prices are ok, but not the cheapest I found. The staff were very helpful
