We decided last minute Black Friday morning to go and look at TVs. We were in and out in less than an hour with our new 60" 4K UHD Smart TV, WOW! The associates were very helpful, friendly and check out was a breeze. The TV was an amazing price and we love it! We will go back to this Best Buy for sure! I honestly thought going on Black Friday would be a literal nightmare, and the amazing staff at this Best Buy made it super easy and painless. Thanks!

The experience that I had at this Best Buy location was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product of any kind. I purchased a range, washer, dryer, dishwasher from the store on 11/14/17 and everything was good. Sales associates were nice and helpful. They got me all taken care of and set up the delivery and installation of all the appliances just fine. I even got a reminder call telling me that I had a delivery and installation appointment from 8am-12pm on 11/21/17. This is when everything went down hill. The delivery never showed up and no one called to tell me that they were late or not coming. After calling Best Buy several times then being put on hold for 15+ minutes each time to see where the truck was, I was told that the truck was in route each time but it still never showed. I spoke with the Best Buy Manager and got another delivery set up for 11/24/17 from 8am-12pm. This truck never showed up either and just like the last non-delivery, again, they told me they truck was in route. I went to the store to see what was going on and spoke with the Appliance Manager and he told me that my order was still in the warehouse in the back-not on the truck. I was then told that I could not get my delivery until this coming Thursday 11/30/17. I could not wait that long so I cancelled my purchase and had them refund my Best Buy card. There is a very bad lack of communication between Best Buy and their 3rd Party installing company and it makes Best Buy look very bad. I will never be back to Best Buy at 3220 Nicholasville Road in Lexington, KY for this reason, and I have told everyone I know not to go there either.

Tried to get product availability at his store but did not have a SKU. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. My time is worth more than I could have possibly saved by going there. I'm going to BB&B or Macy's. They answered my calls.

People at the store are very helpful. However, when calling in to find out some information it's like pulling teeth. You don't want that experience because I was on the phone on hold for over 33 minutes and unable to speak with anyone until I walked into the store after being on hold for 33 minutes. There's too many people that work there do not have someone in the store to be able to answer the phone when calls come in. Thank you and I hope that you or someone does something about the issue with calling in to the store to get some information.

After several issues with Best Buy over the years, I decided to give them one further chance and order and dryer through them. I received a call the night before delivery from the warehouse saying they did not have one of the units and therefore could not deliver. When I called the store the next day, I was put on hold for hours and hung up on at least half a dozen times, once after I distinctly heard the associate in the back of the store pick up. Once I finally connected through to a person who did not instantly hang up on me, he told me that I would have to reschedule. I was also told that I could have no free delivery, no free installation, or no store credit for their mistake. He did say that he would take money off the price of the units themselves, but I never heard back about that. That reschedule date ended up being almost a month later. That morning I received a call from the warehouse saying exactly the same thing. They had lost/misplaced/didn't have one of the units and therefore could not deliver. When I called a Geeksquad associate, she called the warehouse and said that a gentleman over there would be calling me shortly with an update about whether or not they could find it on the truck. I never received this call and when I finally got hold of another Geeksquad associate, she told me that my information about the earlier call had never been entered at all. Though she apologized, she told me that there was nothing she could do besides rescheduling or cancelling the service. I decided to cancel because I certainly am not going to go through all this a third time. All of this just to try and get a couple of simple appliances into my home.
