Great Customer Service! My husband and I went in looking to buy 4 new appliances for our kitchen and had the make and models we wanted already picked out. After talking to Jim he gave us some great advice on a different line that ended up saving us $1,000+ on our order. He was very helpful and honest. It took a little time to get the order into the system so the manager gave us a $25 gift card for the wait which was only about 10-15 minutes. Really great customer service. Will definitely be going back!

Multiple visits here ended with no staff coming up to help or not being helpful at all. A phone call looking to see if they carried a part was horrendous. The associate was rude and dismissive and cleary was annoyed that I was bothering him. When I confronted him on it he only got more brazen and nasty. I put a complaint in with their corporate and did receive a call from the store later. The woman said it wasn't like him and he had been there a long time. That makes it worse. Regardless, we don't shop there anymore

Its literally just okay. Id go to best buy walmart or order online for more competitive pricing.

Since hhgregg opened in  Brandywine Town Center, we have purchased a 46" Samsung TV, a Polk soundbar, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an over-the-range GE microwave. Except for the soundbar, all were replacements for appliances that died. We shopped other stores, but always found the best variety, prices and service at hhgregg. We're saddened (and puzzled) by the closing announcement.
