I went here after seeing the rave reviews on another review site and regretted it.  I wanted to like this place.  Again, everyone else says it's great.  Even when I began to notice issues I continued to go in the hopes that it was a fluke.  
The owner was certainly friendly and more than happy to show off how many expensive shirts and suits he was entrusted to clean.  And perhaps his "dry cleaning" is indeed stellar.

Unfortunately, his dress shirt laundering and ironing service is terrible.  After bringing my shirts there a couple times, I began to notice broken and cracked buttons.  I realize this happens over time with repeated washing, but some of these shirts were nearly new - literally only ever cleaned by this dry cleaner maybe three times tops.  Other dry cleaners I've been to replaced buttons that broke, even if they didn't mention it to me.  

I would even have been more forgiving if the owner had at least SAID something - some of the broken buttons were the top buttons (which he delivers fastened) so it's impossible for him to have no noticed.  But I only ever discovered the broken buttons at 7 AM when I'm bleary-eyed and trying to get dressed for work.  

To add insult to injury, just this morning I went to put on a shirt I've only worn once and found a prominent stain on the front.  Now, I can't swear I didn't give it to him with the stain, but I'm nearly positive it was not there when I brought it in.  I'm pretty good about noticing spots on my shirts when they happen and stain-treating them.  

To sum up, I have stopped going here.  Again, maybe he's fantastic at cleaning other items, but as a shirt launderer, this place is terrible.

I am so happy I found this dry cleaner. We moved from Wayne to Morris County and have traveled to Wayne for a while to use our dry cleaner. Then I found HiTech! This place is phenomenal. I trust them with my shirts, blouses and homewear ie blankets, curtains and my husbands' plethora of expensive shirts, suits, tuxes and ties. The owner is very proud of the impeccable service he provides and for a great reason. I never have to point out where the stains or rips are or button issues, it's just done. The service is professional. He has done last minute steaming for me on evening wear. Even when my laundry gets mixed in with dry cleaning, it's still done...no questions asked. He is professional, courteous, fast. It feels like he maintains our closets with an invisible caring hand without creating additional headaches for its owners. I highly recommend using them. They also do alterations.
