Fantastic dry cleaning and excellent customer service.  I took my dress for cleaning and possible alteration. The owner was very nice and explained everything she is going to do with the dress. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience with dry cleaning ruining a dress and no one to take responsibility.  The dress was held for ransom and I wanted it to see if another cleaner could fix the new mystery stain that Plaza Cleaners would not take responsibility for.  I had to pay.  Stay Away!  There are plenty of other places that are better in the area.
