Dr. Hiben has been my pediatrician for 4 years. His wait times are horrible but that is the result of seeing a doctor who cares. Do not expect him to run out the door or have his nurse diagnose your problem. You and your child will be heard. I’ve had issues in the past with his staff as mentioned in other comments, however he has changed quite a few members of his staff over the last year and I have to say the new nurses and people up front are a 200% improvement. If the office is closed, a nurse from All Children’s Hospital will reach out to you and I have never hung up with one of those nurses without a plan to help my child with whatever is going on. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend his office to friends and family.

Dr. Hiben has been our pediatrician for twelve years, and we love him and his staff! He is practical, knowledgeable and puts my ASD son at ease every visit! Friendly staff and clean offices are also a plus. Thank you Dr. Hiben!!

My son was seeing Dr. HIBEN for About 1 year pretty much for his wellcare visits. Everything was good UNTIL my son kept getting fevers and his doctor refused to see him. I called several times and left messages before finally bringing him to see his doctor. That's when everything changed for us. I told the front staff including the nurse who does the shots that my son has had 3 fevers in the couple of days and ideas concerned and needed help as what I should do because Motrin didn't seem to help for long. I watched the nurse walk up Dr.Hiben who had his feet on his desk and was on his phone shake his head immediately after they told him we were there without an appointment. To Watch a man who is supposed to be my child's primary doctor just shake his head as if he wasn't important enough. Keep in mind there was nobody in the waiting room and it was a little after 1 in the afternoon so I don't see why he couldn't at least check put my son and refer me of what to do next. 1 week later I found out my son had pnemonia!!!!!!! Nice guy but I will die before someone dismisses my 2 year old son the way he did.

The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Hiben was so personable and approachable. He took the time to interact with my kids on their level. Every visit is so memorable is the best way.

They kept schedule us with unwanted doctor. It's extremely difficult to call in and get appointment Dr. Hiben on time. Not very helpful so far.
