There is a real disconnect between physician and patient. Doesn't spend quality time with patient in understanding their medical issues. Tired of having prescriptions thrown at me, nothing explained, and what it is for. Tired of poor communication and service. Doesn't support Veterans. I expressed my concerns, instead of addressing them, it was recommended to find another primary physician with no hesitation. Bottom line simply don't care after 4 years of nothing being accomplished.

Dr Santiago is a great doctor! I was also previously employed by him and he was awesome to work for. Both I and my fiance come here multiple times a year, sometimes the wait is a bit longer, but that is to be expected when you are in any medical office. They never over book so we are talking an occasional 15-20ninute delay. (Sonetimes needed to give unscheduled extra time and attention to his patient, or possibly a delay due to patients who ran a little late). I love his office and staff and we chose to travel farther away from home because he is a great family Dr! Once my daughter turns 7, she will be going to him to!

Horrible office and Doctor. I did my research online and the reviews on this doctor didn't seem so bad so I decided to make an appointment for a wellness visit. I went to the appointment and the office was outdated and the chair next to be had obvious pee stain on it but no smell. The wait for 45 min for my appointment. The doctor seemed nice at first but got bored listening to me half way through and he tried to take my blood along with the nurse and I refused (they were very pushy trying to take my blood) because I haven't fasted that day and I want my test results to be accurate. I went to Labcorp few days later and did my tests and called the office server times and talked to 4 different people in 2 days to get them to give my test results to the doctor. One person even checked them and said it was nothing to worry about? Was the assistant trying to diagnose me? This office is no incompetent its unbelievable. I don't care if you don't believe me I know what I had to go thru with these people are they are nasty and not very helpful. I was told I need to see the doctor again and pay if I want my statin for my high cholesterol ???? I told them I have done lab tests at Labcorp 1 year and 2 months ago and I can prove them with the lab test results and that my cholesterol went up although im dieting and even lost weight!! Stay away from this office and save yourself a headache. Worst doctor experience ever.

Sadly my family has stopped coming here after 20+ years of being patients. Dr. Santiago was an amazing doctor but i have notice a decline in attention to his patients. His office staff is horrible, the only nice one is the receptionist who, out of all nurses and doctors, was the only one to listen to me and care. Not to mention how HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE the Nurse practitioner is (Angelique), she refused to see me for her own personal reasons when i came in with a bad allergic reaction and had hives all over my body going into my mouth. I had made an appointment early that morning for their earliest appointment with Santiago stating I was having an allergic reaction to the medication that was prescribed to me, about an hour later i got a call to reschedule for a lot later with Santiago at 5pm but he had left so my only option was her. Long story short, I ended up in the ER. I will never go back there. I have a lot of my own personal issues and need a doctor who is attentive, so if that's what you need don't come here.

When I first came in, I thought the place was a little dirty but the lady up front was nice. I went for a physical and the nurse had no idea what she was doing. She took my blood pressure and blood which was fine. Then she asked if I was getting a Pap smear and I said no. She then told me to change into one of those paper gowns (which is used for Pap smears and whatnot) which I thought was odd but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, so I did. She only provided me with the top half so my bottom wasn't covered, and when the doctor came in he gave me something to cover up. I definitely could've kept my clothes on... I felt so awkward. The nurse kept calling our room room 6 when it clearly said 4 on the door. She also didn't seem sure of her answers, like when she was telling me my blood pressure low- it wasn't. Very unprofessional, but the doctor was nice. I won't be coming back.
