I'm long overdue in writing this review. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ron Hicks and his staff at Hicks Family Dentistry. Our whole family has been going here for over 10 years now, and count everyone in the office to be among friends at this point. Our children look forward to their visits, and when we have issues requiring more intensive work (as in the case of my own teeth) we have absolutely implicit trust in Dr. Hicks to to the right thing, the right way, at the right time. Truly the best dentist we've ever seen, and at my age and with my dental history, that's a pretty high bar!

The only painful part of my visit was finding the location! I can't say enough good things about this place. I have extreme dentist anxiety. So much that I haven't been to the dentist in years. I feel bad because I can't remember the hygienists name but she was so gentle and thorough and walked me through the whole process. Dr. Ty did the same thing. He took a picture of every single one of my teeth and actually showed me what was going on, walking me through every crevice and color of my teeth. I had some deep crevices in my back molars that I thought might need to be filled and it was really awesome to actually see that was true with real proof. I didn't feel a thing and they have TVs and headphones for you to distract yourself. Beyond the fact that I experienced no pain and everyone was super friendly, they gave me an invoice before they proceeded with any treatments! So, I new exactly how much I was going to have to pay before moving forward. I can't emphasize enough how amazing it was to not be surprised with a huge bill at the end of a visit. Seriously, if you're looking for a dentist this is the place to go. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and will be taking full advantage of my cleanings every 6 months. Thank you everyone that helped me out in any way today, you all were awesome!

I've been going to Dr Hicks for years now and would not change dentists for all the incitements possible. He and his staff are not only skilled in their field, they are all very concerned with their patients needs and understanding of their treatments.From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you feel secure and welcome. Great professionals....great people!

I have been going to Dr. Hick's for years. He and his staff are one of a kind! They remember you and follow up with things going on in your life, school, marriage, etc. He uses top of the line equipment to ensure he is ahead of his competitor's and allows affordable payment plans. You cannot put a price on quality and service. He is THE BEST!

The only dentist office that I actually enjoy going to. The staff is very friendly and they always seem to remember me and my interests. Not only is it a pleasant experience but the teeth that I have had work on turned out flawless.
