I am so impressed with Pinecrest Dental.  I was blown away by the Technology and State of the Art equipment they use.  I was amazed by how personable and friendly the entire staff conducts themselves.  Dentist Tyler Williams truly EXCELS as an expert in Dentistry.  I highly recommend Pinecrest Dental and Dentist Tyler Williams.

Dr. Williams is the man and his hygienists are awesome. Good people who definitely know their stuff and they're super helpful when explaining/addressing concerns and needs. However, the front desk's customer service is terrible. Seemed like they look down at me and when explaining prices, they were super condescending. Also not very professional when I tried to reschedule an appointment, with the response "Okay well why don't you just call us when your schedule isn't so busy" while laughing. They're the first thing you have to deal with upon entering the office, first impressions matter.

I simply can’t say enough about Tyler Williams and his fantastic staff at Pinecrest Dental. I count myself as an extremely blessed individual.  As a 100% Disabled Veteran I at times have someone come up and thank me for my Service. This past November I was extremely fortunate to have been chosen by Dr. Williams and his staff to be awarded a smile makeover through their veteran charity campaign. For the past several years I have had very few teeth. The VA had made dentures for me but they were so ill fitting I couldn’t wear them. When I was selected for this smile makeover by Pinecrest, it opened up a new chapter in my life. Now I have some dentures that fit and I am able eat with them. I am in the process of undergoing a smile makeover which is quite extensive. I have so far had all my decayed teeth removed, implants placed and more is to come. The end result will be a full set of snap in permanent dentures and the ability to once again eat real food. Some people tell you how much your service means but Dr. Williams has actually shown me how much my service means. That means so much. I thank him and his wonderful staff for making it possible to smile with confidence, to not be afraid to eat in public and to once again speak where people can clearly understand what I am saying. While it was okay for George Gabby Hays to have that persona, I’m grateful to be able to have teeth and a huge smile. I really can’t say enough for Dr. Williams and his team. I have been to many dentists in the past but I have never been to a dental office or a medical clinic for that matter where the staff was more caring, courteous and so happy to see you! You can’t go wrong with Pinecrest Dental. I only gave them 5 stars cause it wouldn’t let me do 10! :)

Pinecrest dental is one of the first offices I’ve been to since moving to Utah that I actually was impressed with! I love how friendly and helpful the front staff is, how personable and understanding the dentist, hygienist, and assistants are! Pinecrest dental has impressed me in every way, and I highly recommend this office to anyone.

My suggestion, find an office that doesn't put a car salesman in your mouth. Here's why: 

The staff here are pushy and questionable. I've never had a cavity in my adult teeth, they claimed I have 3 cavities and 9 (NINE!!!) teeth that needed to be sealed?! I was floored! How would I go from great teeth to terrible? (And no, I don't have bad dental hygiene, that is not the takeaway here, folks!) 

When I first began my paperwork I told them I was going to schedule an appointment for my husband, they made me pay UPFRONT because they said "the calendar fills up quickly; paying beforehand is what reserves your spot." Meanwhile, I'm like umm, pretty sure everywhere else just doesn't fill a slot on the calendar they already put a name on? 

I proceeded, mostly out of shock, but then had the dentist tell me that all my teeth were a mess, and I instantly knew they were just a giant joke. We get emails every month about how we can win this cruise or a smoker, etc., but I can only imagine they fund these with all their fake cavities and prepaid appointment slots. And of course, they ask you to give them a good review in order to be entered into their drawing...But you have to do it while in the office and they have to read it first... This is why they have such a good rating.
