I've been here for over six months and absolutely love it. The rates are reasonable and Mr. Tucker is a delight to deal with. He is serious about the safety and well-being of everyone here which makes me feel safe. There is a laundromat to save trips into town. I recently lost my dad and this has been the most serene and beautiful place to stay while I regroup and work through my grief.

stayed there 6 moths, only gripe was electricity rate.  18.5 cents per kilowatt hour, stiff!  Also, beware wild animals and don't let your pet run loose.

I went to look at a lot to put my RV and this place looks nothing like the pictures on their website...... Trash there is no front yard for kids to play and is crowded and nothing but old trailers
