The office staff is superb in providing you with anything you may need. They're super friendly to both myself and my young daughter every time we go to pay the bill. The facilities are kept immaculate and access to my unit is easy at any hour of the day or night. They really do go above and beyond here.

I had a excellent experience.  From portable pods to 1 garage on site.  They even prorate your fees if you don't use the whole month.  They were helpful with phone calls and recommendations.  We we're in constant contact.  Everyone was so nice.  And they were really affordable.

Hide-Away storage is a great company.  They made our experience in storage rental very easy.  They did everything to accommodate our needs.  The place is very clean and provides all the extras needed to make our move easier such as roll carts and hand trucks. Eric was great to work with and went the extra mile to make sure we got the unit that suited our needs.  The rest of the staff at Hide-Away storage was also super friendly.

Professionalism beyond our expectations.  Everything turned out exactly as explained.  So refreshing in this day and age when others promise the moon in sales and then.....no service!
