I had insurance through this company for 4+ years and they could really care less about their clients. My insurance is simple, so I stayed with them - but I was the one that had to initiate everything, I was the ones reminding them I needed to renew my policies. This year I decided to ask a different broker for help 3 weeks before my policy was up and I had not heard from William Gannon yet.  The other company showed me amazing service and completely blew me away with how much less the rates were (over $600 less) and how quickly they got my coverage done, and, they called to follow up and see how my experience was!   Funny thing is William Gannon called to help me get a better rate after my policy was expired, I really appreciate them not caring that I could have been driving and living in my home without any insurance.  I'm now with Michamore Insuance.

I was greeted by a very happy receptionist. My questions were answered immediately, and I felt right at home. The people are very trustworthy, and able to help with all your insurance needs. A true Austin company, laid back, friendly, and helpful. Don’t look any further than William Gammon Insurance.
