They have been great to deal with. You can always get someone on the phone and they are quick to help. If they don't immediately have the answer, they will get you to someone who does, or call you back in a very short time frame. I'm very happy with Will and his team and would highly recommend them.

A friend recommended Eckert Insurance when I needed a policy for our new driver.  I worked with Tracey and she was terrific.  She was quick to find us options, and she helped me understand the details easily.  We discovered we were over-insured on our home (by a company we hadn't selected), and so we're saving money now on three policies with the help of Tracey and Eckert.  It's so great to still be able to get personalized, local service!
