Brian Boger was great throughout the entire home buying experience. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very effectively communicated with us throughout the process. The staff at High Performance-Joy, Lesly and Marianne-were very friendly and very accommodating in the search and acquisition of our home. If I were to buy a house again, I would definitely use their services. They were all outstanding.

Very professional, organized and efficient. Very proficient with technology/social media to market my home. Great results! They did a great job selling my sister's home. She recommended KW High Performance Realty to me and I am glad she did!

Sorely disappointed with the level of communication and expertise from this Realty group. I believed I was getting a top-notch firm to sell my property quickly and without a lot of hassle. However, what I got was a an assembly line type atmosphere who’s employees only reached out to me when they wanted signatures or needed me to do something. When I had questions, when I needed explanations about how something was going to work or why a contract had to be written the way it was,  responses to my texts, emails, and calls would come days later. If you’re looking for A firm that will treat you like an individual, and as if they appreciate your business, this is not the place to go. If you are comfortable with being treated like another number in someone’s profit column, and with being bounced around from one associate to the next through each stage of the selling process, you shouldn’t be disappointed with high-performance real estate.

When I started thinking of buying a new home I got in tough with this firm. What a wonderful team! Douglas Christian and his whole team did a wonderful job from beginning to end of my home purchase. I would highly refer them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

High Performance Real Estate is a great source to help find your new home. Douglas and the team have been very helpful along the way. There is a constant contact between you and your realtor and they are never pushy as they want to help find you the home that you are truly looking for. Thanks for everything.
